Shipping takes about 7-12 days depending on the item. Our slides are handcrafted so the wait is a little longer. If the item is in our inventory it will ship same day as purchase. If you need an item overnighted that is in our inventory please send an email to ask about overnight shipping options.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
